Dorie and Berley Linder became friends when she was just 1 year old; his kindness and generosity have followed a wonderful pattern through the years and Dorie can't go to town without stopping by to see him.

don't you love to see a real connection between children and adults. I love that thought and the photo. the pattern of people in our lives - YES!
I love the jars on the shelf and the halloween costume is adorable on the little girl.
A great collection of patterns here. Love the pattern in the little girl's life!
A thoughtful post. The shadows cast by those soda bottles are quite wonderful, and I can never get enough of looking at the patterns in textiles. We have a large Mennonite community here, too, and it is very interesting to see what they produce, and how they dress.
What an adorable witch! I enjoyed all your patterns.
I love all your patterns, especially those quilts, they look so warm and cozy :o)
